Mission Possible Associate Giving Campaign
How do you want to expand your impact in your hospital? In your community?
Mission Possible is an opportunity for you to support Ascension Wisconsin by making a donation to a hospital, area of care, or community program, or support your community through your local United Way.
As a special thank you, associates who make a minimum donation of $30 (one-time or through cumulative payroll deduction) by October 31 can opt-in for a Mission Possible 24oz Owala water bottle.

Enroll in payroll deduction

Patient assistance
$5 per pay period = $130 a year
Support patients experiencing hardship by helping with transportation to and from appointments, prescription assistance and more, allowing patients to focus on treatment and recovery.
Community programs and clinics
$8 per pay period = $208 a year
Help ensure all patients, regardless of background or ability to pay, receive the compassionate, personalized care they deserve at our Ascension Wisconsin community programs and clinics.
Greatest needs
$12 per pay period = $312 a year
Help fund emergent, patient-centered needs at the Ascension Wisconsin hospital you choose, making it possible to provide care to community members in times of need.
